6th Grade HW:
Monday - pp. 224-225 #1-11, 29-35 odd
Tuesday - Study for tomorrow's quiz! Complete the "How's Business" side of your worksheet, review it with a parent or tutor, and get their signature at the top of the paper.
Wednesday - Quiz day! Do Daily Review #37 for homework :)
Thursday - Measurement Scavenger Hunt. Since you're using a ruler to measure, your measurements should be written as inches, feet, or fractions of inches and feet. Be creative in choosing your own three things to measure!
7th Grade Pre-Algebra HW:
Monday - pp. 197-198 #17-27 odd, 35, 37-39, 41-43, and Brain Game
Tuesday - Worksheet: Discovering Patterns with Negative and Zero Exponents
Wednesday - Least Common Multiple on the calculator
Thursday - p. 206-208 #2, 12, 31-38, 45-46, 64
7th Grade Algebra 1 HW:
Monday - Worksheet: Solving Equations with Variables on Both Sides
Tuesday - Math Challenge: Gone Fishing.
Wednesday - Spend 30 minutes brainstorming how to solve Measuring Melons. Record your notes in your HW notebook.
Thursday - Measuring Melons writeup (look at the handout from class to make sure you write a complete response).
